Bump @sveltejs/kit to 2.70.3, svelte to 5.57.1, adapter-cloudflare to 7.2.9, svelte-check to 4.7.6, vite to 7.3.6, @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte to 6.2.4, and vitest to 3.2.7 so vitest shares the root Vite 7 install.

Replace the json() helper with Response.json() and resolve the file-detail link by route ID, both valid on 2.x and required by SvelteKit 3.
