fix(web): distinguish router lines and legend colors

Belongs-in: #135 feat/redesign

Restore router hue offsets through relative theme colors. Separate port source colors and preserve distinct colors beyond the first palette cycle. Publish actual rendered color and opacity in additive chart-contract attributes, with unit and multi-router theme e2e coverage.
