fix(web): restore chart strokes points and legend glyphs

Belongs-in: #131 feat/tanstack-charts

Restore original line weights, filled purple file-spectrum points, annotation opacity, numeric ticks and visible grids. Make swatches reflect actual line dashes, stacked fill alpha and point styles. Reserve space for original 45-degree time labels and axis titles. Preserve data, coverage, interaction and dense-canvas contracts.
