Enhance chart interactivity and improve user experience

- Add interactive drill-down functionality: click month→date→hour→reset
- Improve Chart.js onClick handler to properly detect data points under cursor
- Fix date formatting for consistency across different groupBy modes
- Auto-load data on component mount and state changes with $effect
- Remove manual Load button (commented out) for smoother UX
- Update package name from "connecting-pieces" to "netflow-webapp"
- Remove redundant README.md file
