fix(web): restore spectrum hue gradient in both themes

Belongs-in: #135 feat/redesign

Restore the original purple-to-yellow f(alpha) mapping using theme tokens. Refresh concrete canvas colors when the theme changes, preserving the dense painter and interaction contracts.
