fix(web): restore calendar ticks and grid boundaries

Belongs-in: #131 feat/tanstack-charts

Keep original Monday, midnight, noon and hourly tick boundaries at 45 degrees without desktop thinning. Limit compact traffic labels to four and keep numeric labels horizontal. Batch minor and major gridlines into two paths with pixel-bounded geometry.
