This PR applies Prettier formatting to the remaining files in the codebase that hadn't been formatted yet, and makes two structural changes: deleting `CLAUDE.md` and scoping the `format`/`lint` scripts to `./src` only.

**Structural changes (worth attention):**
- `CLAUDE.md` is deleted. This file was referenced by a custom Greptile instruction as a style guide to always load. Several conventions it contained (the `any`-type policy, timestamp format, commit-message style, full architecture notes) are not present in `AGENTS.md`.
- `package.json` scopes `format` and `lint` to `./src`, silently excluding `vite.config.ts`, `eslint.config.js`, and `svelte.config.js` from the validation pipeline.

- Safe to merge — formatting changes are purely cosmetic with no runtime impact, but two structural decisions (CLAUDE.md deletion and narrowed lint scope) deserve a second look before merging.
- All source-code changes are Prettier-generated formatting with no logic modifications, making functional regressions essentially impossible.
