feat(file-detail): redesign router card layout and page header

Page header:
- Consolidated file info into a compact title + inline metadata
- Removed separate 'File Information' card (date/time/processed
  are now shown inline under the filename)
- Slimmer 'Next File →' button

Router card:
- Replaced full-width Cisco Blue banner with subtle dot accent
  and standard card border
- Router name and file path shown inline (path truncates)
- IP counts displayed as a compact 4-column inline row
- Flows/Packets/Bytes shown in a proper data table instead of
  4 vertical columns of key-value pairs
- Timestamp metadata shown as inline metadata footer
- Seq failures only shown when > 0

Analysis section:
- Source/Destination headers use uppercase tracking labels
- Section headings use consistent text-sm weight
- Cleaner skeleton loading states
