Undo a Ctrl-drag copy in one step

A Ctrl-drag adds its copy when the drag starts and moves it on drop, and
each was its own undo step. One undo put the copy back on top of the
original, where it hid, and in a cloud strategy it synced there. The drop
now joins the copy's addition: one undo removes it, redo puts it where it
was dropped, and a copy dropped off the map leaves no step.
