Haunt's eye and KAY/O's knife now fly as their icon; the reveal circle
appears only when the landed actor takes over. Paranoia and Undercut stay
where they were cast and their area grows to the projectile's head,
drawn by the viewer over the placed icon (a capture saves the icon with
its range hidden, since a placed square can only draw its full length).
