Every shell and page answer the editor reads is kept in
cloud_strategy_copy_box, in the shape the server sent it, merged row by row
by revision. Opening a strategy online reads all of it once, and after the
cloud connects every strategy in My Library and Shared whose copy is missing
or a day old is read in the background, with its placed and lineup images.

When the server can't answer, the editor opens, switches pages and edits
from the copy (fromCopy on the shell and page), and the live answer replaces
it once the server is back. A strategy with no copy says it needs a
connection the first time, in the editor and on its library tile.
