Run the library strip semantics tests at a desktop width

The strip's tabs and controls fit any real window, but the test renderer's
wide placeholder font pushed them past the default 800px surface, so the
three strip tests threw a RenderFlex overflow. They now use the same
1280x800 view the auth dialog test already does.
