Include lineup agents in strategy and folder previews

Agents that only exist inside lineup groups (added via the Add Lineup
tool) were missing from the agent lists on strategy tiles and folder
cards, because both collectors only read page.agentData. Collect agent
types from page.lineUpGroups as well.
