Brings in #235 (the test audit). Conflicts were all in tests:

- agent_dragable_lineup_state_test: main's real tap replaces the cloud
  side's direct onTap call; main waits for the agent icons, which was the
  reason for the workaround.
- strategy_import_version_guard_test: the duplicate guard test stays cut.
- strategy_integrity_test: main's real-path import/export harness, on
  this branch's StrategyImportExportService and StrategyMigrator, and its
  image model without `link`.
- screenshot_export_failure_test stays deleted; #229 replaced it.
