Finish a move only where it was put

Deleting a folder sends the unfinished strategies in it to the top level,
so a move still running into that folder would have been published there
without the moving device knowing. finishMove now takes the folder the
move put the strategy in and refuses when the strategy is elsewhere; the
device then keeps its original.
