The sign-in dialog had no way back in for someone who forgot their
password, and an account made with Discord could never sign in with
email. "Forgot password?" now emails Supabase's reset link to the same
redirect Discord uses; the link signs the user in as passwordRecovery and
the app asks for a new password.

Saving it makes Supabase report the user updated on the same session.
Setting Convex up again for that pulled auth out from under the library's
live queries and raised "Cloud connection lost", so a same-session user
update now only refreshes the user.
