Count account changes from the sign-in itself

The account id provider is derived from the sign-in and refreshes later,
so a switch to another account and back within one turn never reached
its listener and the drain's count stayed put. The queue now counts
changes from authProvider, which tells its listeners of each one as it
happens. The test signs in through the auth notifier and makes both
switches inside one read.
