Close see-through notches at wall corners and stubs

Dara spotted a thin ray leaking out of Haven B site through the corner
wall. The piece there is 0.4 m wide; ray derivation probed past it into
open air and lifted its lowest band to 12.9 m while both neighbours on the
stroke stay solid from the floor, so a standing eye slipped under it.

scripts/anchor_notch_pieces.py anchors any piece at most 1.2 m across whose
touching neighbours on the same stroke all start at the floor with tops
above its lifted base: 220 pieces across the maps, nearly all under half a
metre wide. A doorway is wider and its own pieces are lifted, so it does
not match. tool/ray_probe_test.dart prints the longest escaping ray from a
pose and every wall it crosses, which is how the piece was found.

Gate: all tests pass.
