Fold cloud sync state into the editor save button and move the app to Lucide glyphs

The strategy editor's floating controls become one card: save (or the cloud
sync button, whose glyph is the sync state), export, video, screenshot, then
settings. The text chip that spelled out sync state is gone; the promise now
has a face on the save button, a tooltip for the words, and a popover with
recovery only when sync needs attention.

Material glyphs give way to Lucide across the library, editor, menus, dialogs
and settings so every control draws from one icon family. Ghost buttons drop
the command color so violet stays reserved for actions and selection. Shared
strategies carry their role over the thumbnail like the on-this-device badge;
owned cloud strategies, the ordinary case, carry none. The create dialog
focuses its name field and submits on Enter.
