Keep nothing for an account once it starts signing out or is switched away

Signing out deletes the account's strategy copy before the session is
gone, so a live answer or a background read landing in between wrote that
account's strategies back. Answers are now kept only for the account the
strategy was opened as, while it is still signed in and not signing out.
