Refactor delete functionality and integrate hover target management

- Removed the previous widget delete key and replaced it with a contextual delete intent.
- Implemented a new delete target management system to handle various delete actions (agents, abilities, text, images, utilities, lineups) based on hover state.
- Updated draggable widgets to utilize the new delete target system, enhancing the user experience by allowing for contextual deletion.
- Improved the global shortcuts to trigger delete actions based on the hovered target.
