Wait a day at a time for trashed pages to expire

Browsers fire a timer longer than about 24.8 days (2^31 ms) at once. The
trash provider waited the full time until the first trashed page's 30 days
ran out, so on web a fresh deletion made it read pages:listTrashed again
immediately, schedule the same timer, and loop (~8 reads a second while the
pages bar was open). Cap the wait at one day.
