## Message

```
Cut the world-height render path and the per-map ruling tests
The world-height cone (HeightViewCone, its runtime provider, height
pack loader, cached and display renderers, the native world pipeline and
the radial shader) read height packs that were never tracked, so it could
not run in a shipped build. It is gone, along with the world index that
VisionPolygon carried for it and the loaders that built world geometry
from those packs. What the navigation feature still needs from the old
asset module, the sealed catalog and the verified navigation chart, lives
in height_catalog.dart.
The per-map ruling tests and their fixtures went with the pipeline that
produced the models; test/bundled_map_models_test.dart pins the 26
reviewed models by checksum instead. The engine, widget, navigation and
screenshot tests stay.
