Read old saved link forms, send start times as seconds, stop a redirect loop

- Links the old parser played still play: //youtu.be/<id> and <id>&t=42.
- The start time goes to the embed page as plain seconds. The page turns
  90s into start=NaN, so 1m30s, 90s and the rest are converted here.
- The video view only sends a load to the browser when it is leaving an
  embed that finished loading, so an embed address that redirected would
  not open tabs and reload forever.
