discord_rich_presence's Windows transport polls the Discord pipe once a
second and calls sleep(50 ms) on the calling isolate in every poll. On the
UI isolate that froze Icarus for 50 ms each second whenever Discord was
running: every drag and animation hitched once a second. The service now
runs on a background isolate, and the app forwards updates to it.
