Point CLAUDE.md at AGENTS.md so every agent reads one file (#193)

AGENTS.md already held everything CLAUDE.md did, plus the vision-model
pointer, the general rules, and the per-thread app instance rule that
Claude never saw. Claude Code expands @AGENTS.md inline, so both agents
now read the same text and the two files can no longer drift.
