## Message

```
Tell a signed-in user when their cloud library couldn't connect
When the cloud gave up connecting at startup (no connection, an expired
cloud session, a server that refuses this build), My Library's root
showed only what's on this computer with no word about the cloud half.
It now shows the same "Couldn't load your cloud library" banner the
root uses when a fetch fails, with a Retry that connects again the way
Settings' Reconnect does. A build the server refuses gets the update
notice instead.
