Keep a moved strategy offline from the read that checked it

Moving a local strategy to the cloud already reads the cloud copy back whole to check it. The desktop offline copy then found the strategy missing and read it whole again on its next library walk. The move now hands its checking read to the offline copy once finishMove succeeds, so the walk has nothing left to read. A move that is refused, abandoned or changed meanwhile keeps nothing.
