Drop stale answers with the library copy's rule: an answer asked before its account's copy was deleted is never written
Each read takes an answer order (nextCloudLibraryAnswerOrder) when it is asked, and the store drops a write older than its scope's last deleteAccount, as #326 does for the library copy. Replaces the write grant. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
