Work drawn from the outbox that lands now stays drawn until a server read
at or past the revision it landed at shows it, so an older page answer
arriving late can't take it off the page, and the next edit can't write
the older version back.

Every drawn entity now goes through the same reading hydration uses (the
element decoder, now shared, the lineup group row reader, page settings).
Work that would draw something unreadable, like a lineup patch whose spot a
teammate removed, is left off the page, which shows the server's version,
and waits in attention with a plain reason instead of making the page
impossible to open.
