Lock placed lineups and move them in an Edit placement mode

A placed lineup's agent and ability no longer move on any drag. Right-click
either end, or open Edit Lineup, and pick Edit placement: the page dims,
the lineup and every lineup sharing a spot with it come up at full
opacity, their ends drag with live lines, and Save writes the move as one
undo step. Cancel or Esc leaves everything where it was.
