Reloading inside the editor restarted the app on #/strategy_view, which MaterialApp's routes map built as a bare StrategyView: no strategy, source local, so a blank editor with a local Save button. The editor now records the open cloud strategy in the tab's sessionStorage (following strategyProvider, since the strategy changes in place), and the route reopens it through the cloud path once sign-in is restored. With nothing to reopen, the web beta falls back to the library; only a platform with a local library gets an empty editor. The toolbar offers the local Save only where PlatformPolicy allows a local library. A signed-out or unreachable cloud returns to the library without an error toast. "Unsupported operation: 'sort': Cannot modify a constant list" on every signed-out page load: the media queue sorted the list _readJobs() returned, which is the shared const [] when no account is signed in. It sorts a copy. "RenderBox was not laid out" (and its "A UI error occurred" toast) on every web load: the navigator's initial-route focus reaches the page before the first frame, and Flutter answers the view focus by sorting the view's focus nodes by position (flutter/flutter#191508). GlobalShortcuts' Focus sat in that sort beside the navigator, so an unlaid-out box was measured. It is an app-wide shortcuts catcher, never a Tab stop, so it now sets skipTraversal.
