Skip the zone lookup for the zone that asked last

CoordinateSystem.instance is read on every conversion while drawing.
It now remembers whether the last zone that asked was a capture, so the
lookup costs a pointer comparison. Measured at about 5 ns a call inside
a capture or out of one.
