Keep the cloud library connected after a page refresh on web (#185)

On web, every page load with a restored session ended in "Couldn't reach
your cloud library". Two faults combined:

- The web ConvexClient bound clearAuth() on the browser ConvexClient, which
  has no such method (it lives on the inner BaseConvexClient). Disposing a
  live auth handle threw NoSuchMethodError, and so did web sign-out.
- build() and Supabase's initialSession each started a Convex setup for the
  same restored session. The second tore down the first one's auth right
  after the library became ready, and hit the throwing clearAuth.

Clear auth through the inner client, and ignore an initialSession that
carries the session build() already set up. Setup failures now go through
AppErrorReporter, redacted, and AppErrorReporter echoes warnings and errors
to the browser console on web, where developer.log never shows. The web
build also stops fetching the desktop version file it has no use for.
