Keep a coasting fling from carrying the camera off a watched player

Fling the replay map, then press a player's number key while it still
coasts: the camera glides to them, and the fling's leftover motion drags
it straight off again, leaving them watched but out of view.
InteractiveViewer can't be told to stop that motion, so while a player
is followed and nobody's hands are on the map, the camera takes moves
only from the follow.
