Add proposal for interactive map elements (Lotus/Summit doors)

Research-only doc: what valoplant does with clickable Lotus rotating
doors and Summit droppable doors, and a phased Icarus design (static
MapInteractable definitions, per-page interactableStates on
StrategyPage, a MapInteractableLayer in interactive_map.dart, and
extensions for Sage Wall breaking and smoke fading).
