Seal the map perimeter and anchor wall bases to the floor

Two rules from Dara's first three sightline reports on Ascent, applied
across every map. The receiver's outer edge is never transparent: what
lies beyond it is not playable, so a cone from a box that cleared a low
outer wall and re-entered Main across a roof now stops at the edge.
Interior holes keep their derived bands. And a wall stands on its floor:
a derived lowest band that started above the floor let an eye in a pit
see under a wall whose base the render scene did not carry; it is now
anchored unless the reviewed data already lifted it or the derivation saw
a real standing-height opening beneath with dense evidence.

Gameplay suite passes apart from the three failures already on the
branch. The reports are kept under scripts/data/sightline-reports.
