Update dependencies and refactor strategy view

- Downgrade versions of several dependencies in pubspec.lock for compatibility.
- Replace InteractionStateDisplay with StrategyQuickSwitcher in strategy_view.dart for improved functionality.
- Enhance StrategyProvider to update state when strategy name changes.
- Remove unused interaction_state_display.dart file to clean up the codebase.
