Add per-element stroke thickness with UI selection and persistence

- Add `thickness` to drawing elements and pass it through creation/copy flows
- Render lines, rectangles, freehand strokes, and arrows using element thickness
- Add thickness selector in drawing tools and default thickness constants in settings
- Regenerate JSON/Hive adapters with backward-compatible default thickness
- Update drawing provider test for new thickness parameter
