The 3D audit now counts masked fences and inter-storey slabs as solid, drops
plants and decals, and takes three footprint widths so ink that sits beside
its real face is not read as a low wall. The rewrite script only lowers a
whole touching group of one stroke when every piece agrees; run against the
bundled data that leaves a handful of walls per map, so piece-level
overstatement is measurement noise, not evidence. Kept as diagnostics.
