Review: the progress stroke was 2 px on the box edge, a pixel outside the agent's 1 px border, and ignored neutral team colours. It now traces the border itself and uses the outline colour AgentWidget would. The eye's TextPainter is disposed after painting, and its ink is a named Settings colour.
