The exit guard Home and Reload share decided whether "Leave anyway" was
safe before showing its dialog, and honoured that answer afterwards even
if an outbox write had failed in between. It also left without asking
once sync settled, even if a draft or edit had appeared during the wait.
Leave anyway now leaves only if the work is still all in the durable
outboxes when the choice is made, and the quiet exit requires nothing
unstaged.

Edits live sync withholds because a lineup lost its origin or landing
still don't stop an exit: they're flagged for attention already, and
blocking on them would trap the user on that strategy.
