Play lineup YouTube videos on the web beta

The video slide checked a flag that only the Windows WebView2 setup sets,
so on the web it always showed "WebView is not installed on your system"
with a link to the Windows runtime. Off Windows the web view needs no
runtime, so the warm-up now marks it ready there. The web view is an
iframe, and it now passes autoplay and fullscreen on to the player.
