Name a page that couldn't be opened as the pages bar shows it

When a cloud page can't be read, the toast named the page from the
server's last read. With page changes waiting (a rename, or a move that
renumbers automatically named pages), the pages bar shows it under a
different name, so the toast named the wrong page. It now uses the name
the bar shows.
