A refresh published its own listing beside build()'s, so a slow first listing could land on top of a newer one and hide a replay just added. refresh() now invalidates the provider and waits for the rebuild; Riverpod drops a build that a newer one replaced, and the tab keeps showing the old listing while it runs.
