listMembers returns the people a target was shared with directly, 50 at
a time with a cursor; listFolderAccess names the shared folders it sits
in instead of listing their people; listLinkJoins counts each link's
joiners up to 100 with a few names. Disabling a link with removal drops
500 memberships per transaction and schedules the rest in batches that
reschedule themselves: the same writes, never more than one transaction
may make.
