Replace the converted-SVG outlines with from-scratch geometry: three
concentric circles sized on the 12px design grid (1px ring, 1px gap,
3px-radius disc) so stroke edges land on pixel boundaries at both 12px
(1x) and 24px (Retina) renders. Same look, no more mid-pixel gray
edges. The fluttericon config carries the same geometry.
