Opening a cloud strategy on a page other than the first checked that
page's canvas images against the first page's assets, so a picture of
the opened page that the first page lacked was queued for upload again.
The editor's snapshot already checks every page it reads, with that
page's own images and assets, so the open no longer checks on its own.
