Add JSON converters for agent types and states

- Introduce `AgentTypeCompatConverter`, `AgentStateCompatConverter`, and `UtilityTypeCompatConverter` for handling JSON serialization and deserialization of agent-related enums.
- Refactor `OffsetConverter` to ensure proper type conversion from JSON.
- Remove legacy JSON conversion methods from `PlacedAgentNode` and streamline serialization using the new converters.
- Update `PlacedAgent`, `PlacedViewConeAgent`, and `PlacedCircleAgent` to utilize the new converters for improved type safety and clarity in JSON handling.
