Suppress redeem failure toasts when the dialog shows inline errors

Addresses greptile review: failed redemption from the Add Shared Item dialog
showed both a toast and the inline error. redeemPendingIfPossible gains a
showFailureToasts flag; the manual dialog path turns it off, while the
deep-link path keeps toasting.
